Join me for another fun monthly challenge. In September, let us put our focus back on our feet to reconnect with the earth and get grounded. In this challenge, I invite you to set yourself a realistic goal on how long you can be barefoot outside every day – regardless of the weather – either standing or walking. I would suggest anything between 10 and 30 min. Ideally, you could stand or walk on a natural surface like grass, forest ground, sand or stone.
