Mindfulness Evening – 23. April, 18:30 - ca. 21:00

During our mindfulness evening in April we will go on a mindful forest walk with Lizi Summer (forest guide). During the walk, Lizi will invite us to connect with the healing forest energy through all our senses.

Further to this there will also be time to exchange and reflect on our mindfulness exercises of the past few weeks.

The evening starts and ends at Yogagemeinschaft Luzern where you can get changed if necessary. Please dress warmly, wear good shoes and be prepared to possibly get a bit muddy and smoky. It might also be a good idea to bring a thermos with a hot beverage, a torch/headlamp and a mat to sit on.

If the weather should be really wet and cold, the mindfulness evening will take place indoors in Yogagemeinschaft Luzern instead.
